The Fall of Happier Abroad

Happier Abroad, Winston Wu's site, is now no longer a good place to be. A moderator named Zboy1 on the forum, whom I thought was well-intentioned, has banned members he doesn't like. Even worse, he did this under the pretense of holding a poll, for which the results did not end up like he wanted. So what did he do? He banned the members anyway.

I will no longer tolerate such blatant wrong-doing and have ceased posting on the forum. (I posted under the name Ghost.) HA was only good because of its free speech policy. Now that it has abandoned that, it will deteriorate much like a feminist dominated message forum would I predict. I also suspect a member there, named Kai, helped orchestrate this wrong-doing because he reappeared right as the ban happened.

HA is a den of liars, and Winston and Zboy1 should be ashamed of themselves. I will henceforth devote some time to exposing this to other parts of the "manosphere." We need men of character, and this is blatant lying and then failing to own up to it after being caught.

CoAlpha is a free speech forum, so I invite all those who have been screwed over elsewhere on the internet to join here. We allow free speech and we will keep it that way.

Oh, man. I didn't think you all messed with any other sites. If I had known you were on Happier Abroad, I probably would have passed it over and not made a member application. Winston and his lot are bad news. Zboy, if it's the same one, is apart of that number. Them and theirs said and did things that I will not repeat and have deleted from any site that I own/run. I don't need to talk about the members it attracts, just those that staff it. I'm surprised that you'd affiliate with them, Humanity. You seemed different than them. I'm glad you came around, but I'm still wary because I know how they are. Very sick and depraved individuals. I hope they'll stay far away from here, or I'll get ghost. Not going through that again.

Ironically, I expect that Happier Abroad will grow as a result of censorship.  Members of modern culture do not like free speech.  And the "manosphere" is very much part of modern culture.  Is there a single forum in the manosphere that allows free speech?  The answer is no.

Humanity, you are welcome to try to promote this forum, the public CoAlpha forum, as a free speech forum.  You can change the forum description to reflect this.  This wouldn't be a bad approach since any reasonable man should appreciate the value of free speech.  And so far this forum has a flawless record of allowing free speech.

As for Happier Abroad, I was the one who posted the poll to embarrass zboy1.  He just ignored it.

Winston, in my opinion, is delusional. I stumbled upon him from an e-quaintance (electronic acquaintance) when I discovered the manosphere. He's, uh, yeah. I mean, say what you will about women, but I wouldn't touch him if I were one. He really does lives in Wu World. I recall a post in which he talked about some rare blood type, and said that he has it and how much it sounds like him.

Since you're all HA members, you know the story of how he's been all over the place and yet finds every nation to be detestable. After reading and cross-analysing his posts from when he first arrived in a nation and when he began to had problems, I came to the conclusion that his problems were his fault or his doing. It seems he expects an easy lay. Nothing wrong with that in theory; he is a man. Understandable. But when one expects to receive something for nothing at all, there is an issue.

It seems Zboy and Winston both have a slew of insecurities they need to work on. Then again, so does 99% of the community there. Not for wanting sex; not for being fed-up with the west. For expecting the world to bend to their will.

And then there is my personal (limited) experience with them. I hope this community and theirs remain separated.

My experience is that the opposite has been the case with alternative forums. Usually pandering to the lowest common denominator is a good business strategy, but sites like HA are really only of interest to a minority, so if you lose that minority they cease to have any sense of purpose and die off. I predict that Winston's revenue from the site will go into rapid decline, and I would welcome any suggestions as to how I could accelerate the process.

Can you post where abouts on the manosphere you are doing this? I would like to chip in as well. While it was somewhat gratifying to see the men-are-better-than-women forum collapse after a bunch of us were banned by an asshole mangina troll, the trouble in that case was that the forum had already served its purpose for the owner by getting him on to various feminazi talk shows. In the case of HA it would be great to accelerate a catastrophic decline in Winston's revenue and cause him to have to work for a living.

Incidentally, it is encouraging to see that most HA people are actually righteous men who support free speech, even when they might have a bone to pick with the banned posters. The only people zboy quotes as supporting the ban are black Americans, and you can't really blame them given that whining to the massas to have things rigged in their favor is their stock and trade taught to them from birth.

It's just sad that a small minority of HA are decent individuals. Best not to instigate them though. Last thing this site needs is an HA-CoAlpha war, because in that situation I'll vanish.

Why should we mind and HA-Coalpha war? This site doesn't make any money and at this point has so little traffic that any publicity would be good publicity, so it has nothing to lose. On the other hand, Winston does have something to lose by being exposed as the lying scumbag that he is, so there is no real downside.

I don't pay much attention to race, but I would be curious which of these HA posters are black:

pro-ban:
zboy
davewe
Contrarian Expatriate
The_Adventurer
chibolo
Repatriate
kai1275
deasil875
Jackal
NorthAmericanguy

anti-ban:
rock
magnum
E Irizarry
tre
Mr Natural
publicduende
gsjackson
Teal Lantern
zacb
djfourmoney

I'm not absolutely sure, but of the pro-ban people I think all of them are black apart from zboy himself and possibly davewe (whom I think is Jewish) and Repatriate. Of the anti-ban people, E Irizarry is mulatto and djformoney and possibly Mr. Natural are black. I'm surprised that djformoney turned out to be anti-ban.

Eh, too concerned with real issues to get caught up about race. I'm wary of any member of HA, no matter his colour or creed.

Race obviously is a real issue in the West given that many blacks and other dysgenics are being given affirmative action positions as a control mechanism leading to the destruction of basic services while others are allowed to run amok and wreck everything. In this case, a forum owner claiming to run a forum free of politically correct censorship and then banning posters for stating the obvious just because some mostly black people don't like it is outrageous. Of course, this probably isn't the real reason, but just the latest rationalization.

Can't take racial debate seriously. Feel like I lose brain cells every time I even think about it. I chalk it up to Winston being Winston and move on. After all, he would rather moderate an obsolete, advertisement-whoring forum instead of work for a living.

Sidenote: I read somewhere that he's living in a basement. This is satire and not actually the case, right? I don't reckon any rational, sane man (or woman) would give him patronage knowing that he's his own anti-thesis.

I think Winston is back with his parents in Las Vegas. No idea whether he lives in their basement.

Ah. People have told me it was Taiwan and that he rents out their basement, which is why he goes Over 9000 whenever people whine and threaten to leave his site. To make sure I have my facts straight: Happier Abroad is his only revenue source, yes?

They moved to Vegas and he followed them.

HA will eventually collapse because Winston is a short-sighted moron. He banned many of the quality posters on his forum (such as Odbo and LoneYakuza) and drove others away (such as Ghost and AmericanInBangkok) because of his constant bickering, self-righteousness and sheer arrogance. Posters are the lifeblood of a forum..and what does he do with his best posters? He bans then. LMAO. The guy is a brainless little twit who has shot himself in the foot.

Looked those two up. Odbo and LoneYakuza are far from quality. Now, Falcon (the Mexican guy), AmericanInBangkok, Will N Dowd and Winston's pal Rock are quality posters. Rock typed up a novel trying to help Emperor Wu, but he didn't bite. I think Rock should pay CoAlpha a visit.

It seems that all forums end up being dragged down into political correctness eventually and it is generally the volunteer mods that are the problem. I don't know whether this is some sort of conspiracy or whether the average person is in fact a sniveling, whining PC retard. You would think forum owners would stop these declines from happening but they seem not to.
