The most complete collection I know of is this one. (It's the first hit when googling his name though so it's not like it's hard to find.)

If someone knows of anything by him not on this list I'd like to know.

The conclusion of the article is that intelligence is being concentrated in fewer and fewer people. I don't see any solution for people outside the bell curve.

This conclusion is just plain wrong, so I wouldn't worry about it.  The "intelligent" group is shrinking rapidly and will soon completely disappear.  We are headed to a post-game culture with an IQ distribution like that of Mexico.
